Who has the right of withdrawal
You have the following right of withdrawal if you conclude a distance contract with us as a consumer (§ 13 BGB, German Civil Code), for example when you book the paid AI consultation on our website or order a website package or website care by email or in a video call. Businesses (§ 14 BGB) have no statutory right of withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.
You can withdraw online at Withdraw from contract. There you enter your name, your email address and the booking reference or a short description of the contract, and confirm the withdrawal. We send you the receipt of your withdrawal with its date and time by email without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period ends.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day your notice of withdrawal reached us. We use the same means of payment you used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fee for this refund.
If you requested that we begin the service during the withdrawal period, you have to pay us a reasonable amount. It corresponds to the share of the services we provided up to the time you inform us of the withdrawal, compared with the full scope of services under the contract.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal
For a service contract for which you pay a price, your right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully performed the service, if before we started you
- expressly agreed that we begin the service before the withdrawal period ends, and
- confirmed that you know your right of withdrawal expires once we have fully performed the contract (§ 356(5) no. 2 BGB).
For the AI consultation this means: if the call takes place within the withdrawal period at your express request and you gave the confirmation above, your right of withdrawal ends once the call, including the promised written summary, has been fully delivered.
