A fixed-price website: Start, Growth or Studio

How much does a fixed-price website cost?

No VAT is charged under §19 UStG (small business exemption).

Delivery times are what the package states, not a guarantee. We work out which package suits you on a call. Growth is the one I recommend to most businesses, because it gives each of your topics its own page.

What is included in the Start package for €1,900?

Start is for businesses with no website, or with one that search engines cannot read. One clear page that leads visitors to an enquiry.

• A one-page website with anchor navigation
• Design built around your brand, not a template layout
• Copy for every section, written by me and approved by you
• Mobile layout, tested on real devices
• Contact form with spam protection and a confirmation email
• Legal notice (Impressum) and privacy policy to match your setup
• SSL, domain connection and email forwarding
• Technical SEO basics: title and description, robots.txt, sitemap.xml, canonical, preview image for shared links
• LocalBusiness data matching your Google Business Profile, plus a check of the profile
• A check that title and description are in the delivered HTML
• Core Web Vitals measured and reported after launch
• 2 rounds of revisions and a launch check with screenshots at every breakpoint

Not included: blog, CMS, more than one page, photo or video production, online booking.

What is included in the Growth package for €4,500?

Growth is for businesses that want to be found for more than one topic. Everything in Start, plus:

• Up to 6 pages, structured around measured search demand rather than your org chart
• A CMS so you can change copy and images yourself, with a recorded 45-minute walkthrough
• SEO for every page: its own title, description, canonical and preview image
• Questions as headings, each answered in the first two sentences
• One industry landing page
• A local SEO section with address, opening hours, service area, map and directions
• A .md.txt version of every page and an llms.txt, so AI assistants can read the site cleanly
• A blog framework with index, article template and RSS, ready for your first posts
• Google Search Console and Analytics connected, sitemap submitted
• Internal links from your entry pages to your enquiry pages
• 3 rounds of revisions

Not included: copy for more than 6 pages, photo or video production, shop, online booking, multiple languages.

What is included in the Studio package for €8,900?

Studio is for businesses whose website has to sell. It is the only package where my VOXE studio is part of the delivery. Everything in Growth, plus:

• Up to 12 pages
• A half-day shoot at the VOXE studio: a brand film (60 to 90 seconds) and 3 short vertical videos for social media, edited and colour graded
• A business photo shoot with 10 edited images: team, premises, work
• Enquiry design: one main action per page, forms that validate as you type, visible error and empty states, tracked thank-you pages
• Online booking built in, with Cal.com or your existing system
• A content hub with 3 articles on measured search terms
• Schema set: LocalBusiness, Service for each service page, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, Article
• AI visibility check: how ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews answer your 10 most important buying questions today, measured again after 90 days
• Performance budget: LCP under 2.5 s on 4G, verified in a throttled run
• Accessibility check: contrast, focus order, keyboard use, alt text
• Unlimited rounds of revisions during the 4-week build

Who supplies the copy and images?

Copy is included in Start and in Growth (up to 6 pages): I write it after a conversation with you, and you approve it. Copy for more than 6 pages is not part of the Growth package.

I only produce photos and video in the Studio package: a photo shoot with 10 edited images and a half-day shoot at the VOXE studio. Start and Growth include no photo or video production, so you bring your own images.

What does website care cost after launch?

After launch I look after your website in three tiers. Hosting, SSL, domain, daily backups, uptime monitoring with an alert within 15 minutes, and security updates are part of every tier. Website care is optional: a 12-month minimum term, then cancellable monthly. Without website care, I hand the website over to your own Webflow or Framer account, and you pay the hosting directly to the platform.

Why does a fixed price not change?

The price is tied to the package, not to hours. I set out the scope in advance, so you know what you will pay. With a fixed price you know the total up front; with time-and-materials billing you pay whatever the hours add up to. A fixed price works best when the scope is clear.
