Webflow agency

Webflow agency: websites that turn visitors into enquiries

I build websites in Webflow and Framer at a fixed price, from €1,900. The aim is always the same: visitors quickly find what they are looking for and have exactly one next step that works. This page covers when Webflow is a better fit than WordPress, when it is not, and what each costs.

What a Webflow agency does, and what it does not

Webflow is a tool for building and running websites. An agency or freelancer turns it into a site that brings in enquiries. The tool alone does not do that.

You work with me directly, with no middlemen. The tools I use are no secret: Webflow and Framer for the website, Cal.com for online booking, Stripe for payments, n8n and Make for automated workflows. Whether Webflow or Framer fits your project, we decide in the demo.

How does a Webflow website bring in enquiries?

Enquiries come from structure, not from the tool. Every page gets one goal and exactly one next step: call, send the form or book a call. Anything that distracts from it goes.

  • The top of the page says in one sentence what you offer and who it is for.
  • The next step is a button, not a text link at the very end.
  • Forms have spam protection, error messages and a confirmation. I test them myself before launch, until an enquiry really reaches you.
  • The site is built for smartphones first and tested on real devices.

I do not quote conversion rates. Without measuring your own site, they would be made up. We can measure together after launch if you like.

Is Webflow fast?

Load time depends mostly on how a site is built: image sizes, fonts, third-party scripts and how heavy the page is. That applies to Webflow just as much as to WordPress. I deliberately give no figures here, because I have no measurements of my own to show for this page.

What I promise is the process: I build lean, measure the Core Web Vitals of your site after launch and report the results to you. Then you see numbers that belong to your website.

Webflow vs WordPress: which suits you?

Webflow suits company websites with a set scope that you want to edit yourself without worrying about updates. WordPress suits you if you need lots of special features or full control over hosting and code. Both are good tools.

If your requirements point to WordPress, I will tell you so in the demo rather than build something that does not suit you.

How much does a Webflow website cost?

My websites come in three fixed-price packages: Start €1,900, Growth €4,500 and Studio €8,900. No VAT is charged under §19 UStG (small business exemption). The packages state 10 working days, 14 working days and 4 weeks from your content. That describes the package, not a promise for your particular project.

  • Start: one page with an enquiry path, copy, legal pages and SEO basics.
  • Growth: up to 6 pages with CMS, SEO for every page and a local SEO section.
  • Studio: up to 12 pages, photos, film, online booking with Cal.com and a 90-day review.

On top come the running costs of hosting with the platform and your domain. After launch, website care is optional: Basic €79 or Care €189 per month. Whether a grant such as Digitalbonus Bayern (the Bavarian digital grant) applies to your project can be checked. I cannot promise it.

How it works

  1. Personal demo: I show you what your site could look like, and we settle the goal and content.
  2. Fixed price: you know what the site costs before we start.
  3. Build: I write the copy, you approve it, I build the site.
  4. Handover: I show you how to edit the content yourself.

Frequently asked questions

Webflow or WordPress: which is better?

It depends on what you need. Webflow suits company websites with a set scope that you want to run without update work. WordPress suits sites with lots of special features, large shops, or full control over hosting and code.

How much does a Webflow agency cost?

With me, a website costs €1,900, €4,500 or €8,900, depending on the package. On top come the running costs of hosting with the platform and your domain. Current Webflow plans are listed on webflow.com.

Can I edit the website myself?

Yes. Copy and images can be edited in Webflow without code. In the Growth package I show you how in a 45-minute recorded walkthrough.

Will my Webflow site be fast?

That can only be proven on the finished site. I measure the Core Web Vitals after launch and report the results to you, instead of promising numbers in advance.

Do you build with tools other than Webflow?

Yes, I also work with Framer. We decide which tool fits your project in the demo.

Is Webflow right for your project?

In a personal demo we find out whether Webflow, Framer or another solution suits you, and you get a fixed price.
